Steeped in an overproof version of our St George's Well recipe Padstow Gin. The high alcohol content during the steeping process works well, extracting the character of the sloes quickly and giving a richly fruity gin with notes of nutty almond, bright tartness and deep plum and cherry flavours. At 40% vol, our Sloe Gin is excellent with tonic water the simpler, the better

with a 2-day skin maceration - so a nice straw colour

It's not from Burgundy but South-West France
