especially when the wine has time to breathe

vibrant raspberry and strawberry are wrapped in notes of cocoa

These lots are fermented and aged individually

the juicy and refreshing finish

bright cherry and plum skin lead the way

and although there is 8% of press wine it gives weight without straining the structure

With moderately high tannin
