In some states in USA and in some countries, the food inspectors require stainless steel parts in the food contact area. So we have made stainless steel roller holder assembly as an optional accessory. It is made of food grade 304 stainless steel. The complete stone assembly comes with stainless steel roller holder, 2 cylindrical stones and 1 stainless steel wiper.

Conical Roller Stones are the default stones in melanger ECGC 12SLTA

Bigger nibs are easier to winnow and reduces the nib loss

They are more durable than the delrin wipers

Crushing reduces the heat generation and preserves the nutrients and delicate flavors

The problem is exacerbated when the ambient room temperature is colder (in hilly areas or colder climates) or the humidity is higher where the melangers are used

It needs to be connected to 220V
