Solid, Fableweaver, Rum, Denmark (46%, 50cl) guatemalaBlackstrap molasses made from El Salvadorian sugarcane sourced in Germany, blended with Danish sugar, pure water, and fast fermented at 30 degrees Celsius for flavor. Then, it is distilled to around 120 proof and aged in rye whisky barrels from Stauning and port (Tawny) oak barrels for 3 years. Sugar is only added during fermentation, no sugar is added after distillation. It's just no frills rum handcrafted from the ground up. Solid!
