Average vine age is approximately 40 years. 100% whole cluster, carbonic fermentation in stainless steel, and matured for 10 months in neutral French oak. This is fresh and energetic Petite Sirah with a nice balance of dark fruit and a distinct savory quality black cherry, blackberry, and plum, with notes of black olive and wild herbs.
