Ageing 30% new oak

Lifted floral notes slide into resinous rosemary underlain by tilled earth and powdered porcini mushrooms complexed with a puff of gunpowder

The wine has a rich mix of dark chocolate infused with coffee bean and black liquorice

with a smaering from five of our other sites

but this is excellent with such a beautiful balance

the grapes—mostly Grenache and Syrah—come from the heart of the southern Rhône
