Wild Goose Vineyards - Pinot Noir 2021Established in 1983 by Adolf Kruger, the winery got its name when Adolf saw a flock of Canada geese feeding on his newly acquired property. The flock took flight as he approached, thereby suggesting the name for the business. First planted Riesling and Gewrztraminer, Wild Goose Vineyards was originally a grape producer for others but became a proper winery in 1990. Particular emphasis is put on sustainable agricultural practices: no GMO vines
fynbos and earth while the palate has good fruit density
