Bouchaine - Estate Vineyard Chardonnay 2022 (750ml) GardaWinemaker Notes A beautiful, pale golden wine. Crisp Macintosh apple, limoncello, and pear fruit notes form the central fruit core. These are followed by a touch of vanilla, ginger and butterscotch a perfect marriage of bright acidity with rich flavor. The hallmark Bouchaine sueded texture persists in a long lasting finish.

This vineyard sits magnificently on gravelly rises deposited aeons ago by the Garonne

gooseberry and green capsicum with layers of tropical fruits

vanilla-lemon custard takes a stand and the lilting lingering perfume of white flowers adds a sweet tone

The grapes are picked early

which is a step up over both the 2000 and the 2010

This delicious Pinot Noir has an incredibly complex and long finish

building tannins that are a bit granular

at medium alitude (until 350 meters)
