You see, by law, a Blanco Tequila can be aged up to 60 days in order to mute the agave flavors. But we love the taste of agave, because when your agaves are organic, grown in the Tequila Valley, and slowly roasted to perfection, theres nothing to hide. Thats why we bottle our Blanco just as soon as its distilled. The result? Vibrant and sweet agave aromas that include hints of
