The flavors are bright and focused with gorgeous layers of confit plum, blackberry jam and hibiscus. This expansive Cabernet Sauvignon finishes with flavors of smoked cherry wood and smooth integrated tannins.

Once the grapes achieve optimum point of ripeness they pass to the winery where the natural processes of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation begin in stainless steel vats

and buttressed by strong balancing acidity due to the partial M/L fermentation

On the palate there are hints of red berry fruits
