Audubon's Oriole, back angle at Rancho Lomitas, Texas Lucifer's PlantThis oriole's yellow back distinguishes it from Scott's Oriole, but so does its range. Scott's is found further west in Texas and up into the southern western US states in the summer, Audubon ONLY in the very southern tip of Texas.
