Archive: Papua New Guinea Wahgi Valley instantThis coffee comes from the Kindeng dry mill in Papua New Guinea's Jikawa Province. The ripest coffee cherries are hand picked and taken to the mill, where they are rinsed and sorted for quality. They are then dried on raised beds to 10 11% moisture before being milled, sorted, and bagged for export. The result is a sweet cup with notes of cooked raspberries, blood orange, and baker's chocolate in the cup.
