The black bottle makes us think of somewhat strong, darker wines, but this is far from it: The Alternativ Wei from Nicole and Daniel Schrammel shines rather summery bright with aromas of hay, grain fields, honey, nuts and herbaceous spice in the fragrance. Wiry, slim, again pleasantly herbaceous and sour and despite its lightness with a small supportive portion of tannin. Nice one!
