Blue Mountain Vineyard and Cellars - Reserve Cuvée Pinot Noir 2023Blue Mountain was established by the Mavety family in the South Okanagan. All of its wines are produced exclusively using grapes grown on the estate using sustainable farming methods. The winery has identified vineyard blocks which allow the production of wines that are highly expressive of the terroir. By paying so much attention to these individual parcels, Blue Mountain is also able to deliver on the potential of individual grape varietals,

softly pressed and one part of the wine is aged in barriques for a few months before bottling

and superior craft of the brewmasters creates Okunomatsu’s truly exceptional sake
