They use locally source African Botanicals as well as traditional ones with their main ingredient coming from the Atlantic Sea Water

with the main ingredient being

in fact – this has great balance between the Herbal Spiciness of Fennel and Caraway Seed and the Creamy Toffee notes from the cask

followed by Bittersweet Citrus Pith and Liquorice Sweetness

to give this dry gin its unique and complex flavour

This release from the Rebel Yell team meets that stipulation and from this has a much Spicier Whisky when compared to the standard Rebel Yell team

PALATE - Soft and Smooth – notably smoother than many Ryes

The main balance of flavours is between fresh juniper and there triumvirate of citrus

with soft Spice providing a backdrop for the aromas to develop

10 Year Bourbon: 60% Corn

with barrels often ageing in excess of eight years

The finish is a Sweet Honey with a smooth Fruit flavour
