Renee fills Lois  in on the details of who Renee had been interrogating a few issues earlier and who is behind the hit put out on Lois

seems intent on revealing to readers only bits and pieces at a time

The storytelling technique is also fabulous here

The 1st of a two page scene in which Lois listens to the recording of Renee's interrogation and is very angered by the fact that Renee doesn't even realize the confession was coerced

flattering him a bit

as they decide to rebel and take the fight to Choshin's army

the Kiss of Death stand over a badly bleeding Renee

One of only a handful of covers that remain available from this classic run

is also quite fantastic
