Vintage 18ct Yellow Gold Sapphire and Diamond Carved Half Hoop Ring AmethystA traditional carved half hoop ring made in the Victorian style but produced in the 1960s by renowned Birmingham based jewellers Charles Green & Son, this 18ct yellow gold ring features a central blue sapphire with a round, brilliant cut diamond set to each shoulder.
