G&M Speymalt Macallan 1966 ABV: 43% Longrow SpringbankG&M Tasting Notes. NOSE: Rich Sherry influences with stewed pear, green apple and cinnamon aromas. A delicate menthol note with a touch of beeswax polish. PALATE: Cracked black pepper initially with orange, lemon zest and dark chocolate flavours. Complimented by a subtle charred oak edge. FINISH: Long, smooth with citrus flavours. Bottle Size: 70cls ABV: 43%

NOSE: Aromatic with rich Sherry influences

Notes of raspberry comes to the fore giving way to soft black pepper

dark chocolate with a touch of spice

FINISH: Surprisingly quick - a little Sherry wood and smoke

with a hint of marzipan and honey

Palate: Dense

golden syrup and lime notes leave a soft nutty edge

white rum and tropical fruit

cherry syrup

The palate is “rich and dark with subtle spices” and has a “long-lasting” finish
