The vines were planted in 1992 hillside upon soils composed of red and gray marl. Upon harvest, the grapes are lightly crushed and macerated for five to seven days before alcoholic fermentation. Primary fermentation occurs in stainless steel for a total maceration for 25 days. The wine is transferred to barrel for malolactic
