This is a traditional style Limoncello & collaboration between The Pier Hotel and Zenith Distillery both located in George Town on the Tamar Valley of Tasmania. Each bottle may contain natural lemon sediment and oils. Just give it a gentle shake to mix the lemon oils and goodness back into the liqueur. Best
