Situated in Barsac in the Sauterne region of Bordeaux and classified as a first growth. Following the French revolution it passed through many hands until purchased by the baby family in 1977. Typical blend Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle. 75cl bottles. Abv 12. 5% Bottle condition, capsules good, labels good, wine levels base of neck.

Unfairly though as some very good wines were made

It was the first estate to use gravity in the cellar to reduce the chance of oxidation

The growing season was particularly wet
