Oil painting by Harald Markson - 1962 Swivel chairAlthough the back framing of this painting bears the name Henning Morgensten, a Danish poet, we believe that this piece has been misattributed and that it is actually a work by Harald Markson based on the similarity of the signature in the bottom right corner to Marksons elsewhere. Markson was in fact a Swedish painter who was born in Uppsala in 1909, where his work continues to be held in regional galleries today. This painting was produced in 1962,
