G&M Private Collection Tomintoul 1972 ABV: 45.1% Longrow SpringbankNose: Delicately fruity, ripe melons and apricots, then a layer of soft aromatic herbs, then a little heather, honey and maple syrup. Palate: Heavy on the oak and old herbal notes, saps, cordials, and medicines and cinnamon. Finish: Long, spicy, tense and tart, with some kinds of resinous lemons lingering.

Finish: Medium finish with hints of menthol and lasting coco

FINISH: Spicy with oak and hints of molasses

accompanied by vanilla and oak wood-shavings

NOSE: Sweet and fresh with toasted malt and a defined Sherry nose

A lingering hint of tobacco develops

It is deliciously smooth over the rocks or mixes exceptionally well with Fevertree ginger ale
