In the mouth, it shows very secure tannins, medium body but good general claw of set, sober fruit, perfect for the table. Enjoy with roasted, slightly caramelized red meat or game with black fruit jelly. Match also with a powerful Portuguese cheese from Azeito or a traditional Roquefort. ABV 14. 5%
